The Five Qualities
I think Hong Kong only fosters four of the five qualities that good
inventors need. They are
imaginative, creative, sensitive to the society's needs and Break from the
old ways . At school,
students need to apply creativity in much schoolwork. For example,
in drawings, sculptures and compositions. Students will receive high marks
in their art work if their work is creative. There are animation producers in Hong
Kong. I have watched some of their animation and I think they were imaginative
and attractive. The producers of the animation I watched are Hong Kong people.
So I think Hong Kong has the potential to foster those animation producers. At
LIBS lessons, the teacher talks about news and social conditions in Hong Kong.
Students need to think what the problems the society has or the citizens are
facing. From these discussions, students will be sensitive to the society's needs.
Many anique buildings had been pulled down this few years. The government
didn't preserve them. I think this showed that the Hong Kong government
broke from the old ways because she didn't think that she must preserve history.

This is imaginative, Muky; I wouldn't have thought to link breaking with the old ways with the literal destruction of old buildings here in Hong Kong.
